Lovely little lace number by Dolce and Gabana available at Barneys. There is a similar, sleeveless option available, but I prefer this one because I think the sleeves add an extra bit of class to the ensemble that could otherwise appear a bit promiscuous.
Below are a couple other lace dresses I adore via Bloomingdale’s.
These Sigerson Morrison shoes are everything. Absolutely perfect for summer. They are not entirely outrageously priced at Barneys for $350. I am being loose with suggesting the price tag is in the realm of affordability because I could foresee myself wearing these a lot. I’m willing to spend a bit more money on items I know I’ll use until they disintegrate from too much use. Alas, $350 is still out of my price range.
P.S. This post initiated a debate between me and my boyfriend. He argued firmly against these shoes. His primary point: How much do you think it actually costs to make those? My counter: Probably 10% of the cost of what they are being sold for, but since Sigerson Morrison is a high quality brand the shoes will likely last. He disagreed. The debate continued. No one won. Lesson: Don’t try to discuss shoes with your non-fashion interested significant other.
