Neon Nomad
Free People’s latest collection, Neon Nomad, is one clearer after my heart. Below are some of my favorite pieces. Can you tell I’m desperate for summer?

All That Glitters Is Gold

How beautiful are these Nicholas Kirkwood heels? They are sale at THEOUTNET but still way off my affordability chart. My birthday is coming up next month…I’ll have to keep my fingers, toes, and maybe even my eyes crossed to even think that I’ll have a chance of receiving these!
Are you as in love with these heels as I?
Need 1 in Every Color

Saw these shoes featured on one of the many style blogs I read and for good reason! They are definitely inspired by almost identical Valentino flats. These shoes could arguably be considered the “it” shoe of the season. The downfall is that the Valentino ones cost 10 times more than these flats by C-Label Hudson 10 available on Piperlime. I’m seriously contemplating getting one in all the colors available.
How gorgeous are these Guiseppe Zanotti flats? I know these would be perfect for work or a chic weekend look. The price is a bit high for what I’d normally spend on flats, but I think these are worth the money.
Top Left to Right: Charlotte Russe Seuded High-Top Wedge Sneaker ($39), Christian Louboutin Decollette 100 Pumps Pony ($780), Shoe Mint Stephanie Boot ($119). Middle Left to Right: L.A.M.B. Iva Suede Wedge ($163), Proenza Schouler Suede Platform ankle boots ($775). Bottom Left to Right: Sole Society Marigold Studded Flat ($49.95), Diane von Furstenberg Zia Suede Platform Sandals ($196).
Lately, I’ve been craving shoes like crazy. All shapes, sizes, and colors. I don’t discriminate!
Speaking of shoes, I’m honored to be a guest contributor on Le Petite Pear as part of a series called Fashionistas in Flats. As described by the blogger Sam:
“Fashionistas in Flats is a series developed to show the women of the world that they have options when it comes to shoes. Flats can be just as beautiful, sexy and fun as heels. Every Wednesday, another fashionista will show you how!”
Check out my contribution to the series and let me know what you think!

This beautiful Kate Spade shoe stopped me in my tracks as soon as my eyes caught sight of it. I’d love to wear these out! They give an elegant, yet rock and roll vibe.
Speaking of rock and roll, I’ll be seeing my dear friend Stephie Coplan and her band Stephie Coplan & The Pedestrians play at DC’s Velvet Lounge on Saturday night. If like piano rock, you should be there.
Saw these Stella McCartney shoes on the incredible blog Wendy’s Lookbook. I subscribe to this blog and read Wendy’s posts daily because her outfits are totally lust-worthy. More importantly, not everything she wears or features is 100% so expensive-I will never be able to afford this in my lifetime-kind of stuff which I really appreciate.
Anyway, let’s talk about these shoes! The cut-away is so unique and really helps amp these shoes from simple basics to real statement shoes. Even better, they are on sale for about $240. I think they’d be worth the bit of a splurge because they can be worn with so many different outfits.
These Schutz wedges are on sale at Gilt for $99 (originally $199). I absolutely love the color. These would go great with a pair of white shorts or a white dress for that matter. Really, these wedges are an awesome summer accessory!
Love these Stuart Weitzman flats available at Neiman Marcus. I’m such a sucker for sequins, beading, and shiny things.
L-O-V-E these Chloe wedges available at Bloomingdale’s (found via Refinery 29)! The laser cut outs are impeccable. I would love to wear these all summer.
